Peter Arthur Pezos

Peter Pezos has worked in the stockbroking industry for sixteen years as an equities analyst and a corporate advisor. As an Equities Analyst, Mr Pezos’ main responsibilities included advanced financial modelling on listed ASX companies using excel spreadsheets, research reports covering company and sector analysis providing detailed projected figures on all key financial data. Mr Pezos’ corporate advisory role the last ten years has focused on providing listed and unlisted companies with advice on capital raisings, evaluating capital structures of various listed and unlisted companies, advising companies on acquisition opportunities using debt and equity facilities, and evaluating divestment options.
Mr Pezos obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University in 2004 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2008 after completing a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. He also has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) (Geology) degree from Monash University, Bachelor of Economics (Honours) degree from La Trobe University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
Eleni Voulgaris
Eleni Voulgaris is highly experienced in the Finance Sector with her last financial role being Finance Manager for a subsidiary company of a major Australian bank where she was employed for 10 years in various sectors of the finance industry. Her initial role was in debt markets involving lending, credit analysis and approval of high net worth clients' loans and investments facilitating loans using various asset classes including debentures. Her recent role as Finance Manager involved numerous projects including compliance issues and corporate restructuring.

Chris Andrews

Chris Andrews has been working in the Graphic Design industry for over 10 years. Establishing a strong knowledge in visual communication has allowed him to interpret and translate the important needs of the client. His sound knowledge spans over a wide range of media covering: Graphic Design, Web Management, Corporate Identity, Advertising, Packaging Design, Print Management. Some recent works include corporate literature, prospectus design, annual reports, corporate presentations, multimedia projects for Hewlett Packard, Melbourne University, Hardchrome Engineering, Sutton Tools and Cobram Estate Olive Oil.

Professor Michael Hall
Ph.D (Lond), M.Sc (Hons), DIC
Michael Hall is a Professorial Fellow in the School of Geosciences at Monash University. He has a PhD from the Royal School of Mines, London University, and spent 30 years in industry prior to becoming an academic in 1995. His initial industry experience was in mineral exploration and mine development throughout Australia with BHP Minerals. This was followed by Australian and international work in the Corporate Exploration Group of BHP Petroleum.
Professor Hall has been involved in a number of major mineral and petroleum discoveries and continues to work as a consultant to a local and overseas oil companies and government organisations. Professor Hall’s initial appointment at Monash University was as Chairman of the Industry Advisory Council of the Australian Geodynamics Cooperative Research Centre, a federally funded group aimed at developing new ideas and methods for enhancing mineral and petroleum exploration opportunities in Australia.
Dr Christian Alistair Noll
B.Sc (Hons), PhD (Monash)
Christian Noll recently completed a PhD at the School of Geosciences, Monash University, researching the geodynamic evolution of coarse-grained sedimentary basins and Late Cambrian geological development of western Tasmania. The research has led to a series of papers detailing the stratigraphic and structural architecture, depositional history, tectonic development and 3D structural modelling of the region. Christian Nolls’ research career also includes First Class Honours research which led to a series of publications outlining the structural and stratigraphic development, fluvial architecture and thermal history of the Early Cretaceous Otway Basin in the Otway Ranges. Christian Noll currently works for a large multinational oil company and has obtained industry experience as a contract geologist at Pasminco limited which involved integrated basin analysis research and interpretation.
